Fife Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking views on the proposed deliverables of Fife's Suicide Prevention Action Plan - Creating Hope for Fife.

The Partnership supports the Scottish Government's vision to reduce the number of suicide deaths in Scotland while tackling the inequalities which contribute to suicide. In Fife, we will come together collaboratively and in partnership to support our communities so they become safe, compassionate, inclusive, and free of stigma. The ambition is for any child, young person or adult who has thoughts of taking their own life or is affected by suicide to get the help they need and to feel a sense of hope.

Views are sought on the draft of the action plan. This consultation should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The information that you provide will be anonymised and included in reports and presentations – you will not be identified. Further information on data protection is available here.

The closing date for responses is 00:00 on 22 August 2023.
