It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Fife Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking views on what is needed to ensure that everyone in Fife has access to the health and social care services they need when they need them.
As well as supporting people to keep healthy it also wants to avoid people receiving services when they do not need them. It is currently working on a Prevention and Early Intervention Strategy to do just that, and needs your help.
How can you help?
The Partnership needs to know what is important to you in your life now- and for planning for your health and wellbeing in the future- and would like to know what would help you to live a better and healthier life.
The Partnership is also holding an online event where you can share your opinions. This will be held on Microsoft Teams on 02 August 2023 (18:00 - 19:00).
