    Places for voluntary sector delegates (staff, committee members or volunteers) £5.00 per person
    Places for non-voluntary sector delegates are £5.00 per person

    Trellis invites you to join Park Staff and Friends of Pittencrieff Park (Sensory Garden) for a garden tour, talk, and presentations from guest speakers including The Sanctuary Garden and Queen Margaret Hospital Garden in Dunfermline - and explore how to make green health connections in your community.

    If you are involved in running a 'gardening for wellbeing group' or starting out on that journey, come meet others in the gardening/outdoors for wellbeing community, share in good practice and make connections.

    This event is for you if have an interest in:

    • Supporting wellbeing and health through gardening
    • Social prescribing
    • Developing a space for therapeutic gardening
    • Providing gardening opportunities and activities for your group
    • Creating, engaging the community, and using local green health opportunities

    10:00 at Pittencrieff Park Glasshouses for coffee, introductions and a tour. The Glasshouses are situated within Pittencrieff Park (near Pittencreiff House) accessed by footpaths. 
    From 12:15 Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries, 1 Abbot St, Dunfermline KY12 7NL  for lunch and further discussions and presentations.

    The Trellis AGM is also scheduled the same day, 13.30-14.30. Trellis Board and paying members have the right to vote at the meeting. Please check the Trellis website to view their current directors who are seeking re-election or co-option. 

    If you are interested in the work of the Trellis board, you are welcome to come along and meet them. If you, or anyone you know may wish to join the Trellis board we ask that that they send their application to [email protected] by Tuesday 10 October 2023.
