Fife Health Promotion - REHIS Elementary Health and Safety

Moving on from a basic awareness of health and safety issues, this one day REHIS (Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland) accredited course is for workers requiring a greater understanding and knowledge of health and safety matters and how to apply them in their own workplace.
Covering all aspects of workplace health and safety, learners will be given a complete overview of how to conduct their work safely, reducing the risk to themselves and others.
The qualification is independently rated at SCQF Level 5 with 1 credit, and is part of the approved route for CSCS Green Labourers Card.
Learner Outcomes
By the end of this course participants will have:
On successful completion of a short multiple choice assessment participants will receive the REHIS Elementary Health and Safety Certificate.
Who should attend?
This course is suitable for those with an interest in health and safety in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), voluntary sector organisations, new business start-ups, and established workplaces. Also suitable for the self-employed.
