The successful applicant will be responsible for ADAPT Outreach Support service delivery throughout Fife. As part of ADAPT Recovery Clinic provision within hospitals and community locations across Fife, provide advice, brief therapeutic interventions, and referral support by Triage to ADAPT/FASS/NHS Addiction Services and to other relevant services for people affected by substance misuse issues. The service is delivered in line with 'The Quality Principles: Standard Expectations of Care and Support in Drug and Alcohol Services'.The successful candidate will have experience of working in a caring vocation and a qualification such as COSCA Counselling Skills or SVQ Level II Social Care or similar. They will have good organisation, communication, and IT skills, and can demonstrate an ability to work with initiative.
