    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout east central Scotland, Perth and the surrounding areas. Their asset management team manage, maintain and invest in their property assets to make sure that their properties provide attractive, good quality homes for our residents and future customers.

    You will be part of their in-house team which consists of experienced operatives across all trades. The role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance works in their properties throughout east central Scotland, Perth and the surrounding areas. As the role is multi-skilled you will also assist when required with basic plumbing work or similar. There will also be periodic repairs and alterations to their properties and offices.

    You should be a qualified joiner and should also be able and willing to carry out some limited multi-trade works when required. Experience in a maintenance environment is desirable. Part of the role requires you to participate in the out of hours emergency on call rota for which an additional allowance will be paid. In addition to the on call service, evening and weekend work will be required to meet the needs of the service. You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and enthusiasm for your work and be able to work well on your own and as part of a team of multi skilled operatives. A van will be provided therefore a Full UK driving licence is essential.

    You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
