    Contract: Permanent

    Working Pattern: Your hours of work will be worked over three or four days. Hours of work are open to negotiation but may require change dependent on the client’s health and wellbeing There is a need for you to be flexible and these hours may be changed as required according to the employer’s needs.

    Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour

    Location: Kirkcaldy

     

    Role

    SDS Options recruiting for a personal assistant to support a disabled single mum to live independently. She enjoys going to concerts and the park, gaming, and spending time with her 12-year-old child. You will be helping their client with everyday tasks.

    You will be an easygoing and caring person with a positive outlook on life, you must have a real sense of fun and would enjoy spending time doing activities.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Shopping
    • Meal preparation
    • Light domestic duties inclusive of laundry
    • Some personal care
    • Driving to, accompanying, and taking part in activities with the client and her child. Whilst the client’s child would be included in the activities, she does not need any support in respect of parenting
    • Some personal care

    Member of the PVG Membership Scheme or a willingness to have a PVG Check Undertaken. Have a caring attitude, be kind, caring, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work.
