About Kinigdom Housing AssociationTheir customer services team delivers customer service excellence across all of their operational areas. They include their customers in all aspects of their work, including decision making and service improvement.
About the Role
Kingdom has an exciting opportunity to join their customer service team within the customer solutions section. Their customer service team is a one stop shop for customers who wish to apply for housing, obtain housing information and advice, discuss or pay accounts, discuss any tenancy issues and report or obtain advice on repairs and neighbour/service complaints. You will be dealing with a high volume of engagement from customers, promoting the services and striving for customer service excellence.
About You
You will have experience of working in a busy call handling environment, have relevant administrative experience and have strong digital skills. The ability to plan and organise your workload and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
