    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) is the parent organisation within the Kingdom Group and is one of the leading providers of affordable housing in east central Scotland.

    About the Role

    They are looking for a motivated and proactive team player with a passion for providing excellent customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a solution-orientated approach.

    You will provide administrative support for their maintenance, technical and repairs services teams, carrying out a varied and reactive role, including:

    • Administration of their void properties
    • Ensuring gas servicing compliance
    • Organising planned and cyclical maintenance
    • Processing financial information
    • Updating and maintaining record accuracy

    About You

    You will have proven administrative experience and be proficient in using customised databases and Microsoft Office/G Suite packages. You should have experience dealing directly with customers and providing excellent service. You must be a confident communicator, have good organisational skills and the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines. You should be an effective team contributor who is adaptable and keen to learn new skills.

    Although a driving licence is not essential for this post, this and access to your own transport would be desirable.  You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
