    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout east central Scotland. Their digital team provides support to over 500 employees of the Kingdom Group and partners. Kingdom's infrastructure is secured in public cloud using the latest technology to deliver services. Their progression from cloud to SaaS only digital strategy aims to further improve their technology and provide quick secure access to applications and data via chrome devices.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to join Kingdom's digital team as a Support Officer. The role will involve working with a small team delivering the group's digital service and working closely with other departments and partners to deliver the strategic objectives of the organisation. You will ensure system uptime is maximised, SLA's are met and support the implementation of digital projects.

    About You

    You should be educated to HNC level or equivalent in computing with proven experience of working in a similar digital/IT role. You must be keen to keep your skills up to date and have experience of troubleshooting and have the ability to identify and problem solve issues. You should be organised, able to meet deadlines and analyse and interpret data to support the designing and delivery of organisational wide digital projects. You will have a passion for delivering high quality customer service, promoting partnership and collaborative working and a drive to improve and develop the digital experience and capabilities for our customers. You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car for business use. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
