NHS Fife has recently made some improvements to their Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) website.
The website now includes all the information from their old HandsOn website, including a collection of resources to help with children and young people's mental health and wellbeing.
There's a list of topics, websites and apps to browse through. Some resources are aimed at children and young people, some are more for parents and carers, and some are designed for professionals who work with children and young people.
If you work with children, young people and families, invite them to have a look, try some out, and see if there's something that may be helpful. This is still a work in progress, and they're keen to get your feedback and suggestions for improvements - if you've got any ideas please click the feedback link on the Things to Try page to give them your thoughts.
