Fife Employability Forum - UPDATE - starting at 10:30am
Created: 18/12/2023, Updated: 23/02/2024UPDATE - This Forum will now start at the later time of 10:30am on 28th February.
The Fife Employability Forum is held quarterly and brings together staff and managers involved in employability services from all sectors - aiming to help organisations to work together to improve employment outcomes for people in Fife.
This quarter - as part of the newly refreshed Opportunities Fife Partnership Strategy, which will be published in March 2024, the Forum will be consulting on the development of a Community of Practice, in place of the OFP’s traditional Delivery Groups.
A Community of Practice is means a through which its members and participants can shape strategic direction, share good practice and good new stories and support each through partnership, learning from each other and more integrated networking. The Opportunities Fife Partnership would like to hear more and more regularly from service providers on how the whole process of employability support in Fife is working – making it easier for you to give your insights on funding, localities issues, demographic issues – you name it!
This cannot be done without the help and the participation of Forum members and our range of delivery partners.
We need your perspective on how such a community could best serve the interests of its members. The next Forum is when we will be discussing this, and we will start to develop the Community of Practice’s structure around your feedback on the day.
Your suggestions could mean:
This is your chance to have your voice heard!
Come along on 28 February to help us build the Forum’s future. Frontline staff are particularly welcome!
