Working within a small team, across the wider Frontline Fife team and in collaboration with local agencies, the pos holder is expected to manage a caseload of clients through building trusted relationships and by applying trauma informed, strength-based practices. Key aspects of the role include putting in place safeguarding measures to reduce the likelihood of harm, co-producing recovery plans, enabling access and making targeted referrals to services, and sustaining regular communications and attending multi-disciplinary meetings. As the recovery team works as a service within Frontlines Fife's broader remit, workers also provide support and advice to sustain independent living and prevent homelessness.
