    Kingdom Housing Association's customer services team delivers customer service excellence across all of their operational areas. They include their customers in all aspects of their work, including decision making and service improvement. 

    About the Role

    Kingdom has an exciting opportunity to join their customer services department as a customer solutions advisor. Their team supports customers to apply for housing and offer housing information and advice. The team is responsible for managing feedback and complaints and supporting customers with any tenancy enquiries. 

    The role involves a high volume of engagement from customers, promoting Kingdom's services, and striving for customer service excellence. 

    About You

    You will have experience of working in a call handling environment, with an understanding of complaints, administrative experience and strong digital skills. The ability to plan and organise your workload and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be required to complete a satisfactory basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
