Since their formation as Fife Society for the Blind almost 160 years ago, the organisation has been dedicated to serving those with visual impairment in Fife. Now as Seescape, they remain focused on providing their clients with the information, skills and confidence to thrive.
Seescape is seeking an experienced practitioner to join their award-winning team as a Volunteer Coordinator. This is a key role within their community engagement team - a community-focused service which aims to provide a programme of support and activities to reduce isolation and loneliness in the client group. With lead responsibility for the befriending service, social groups and volunteer management, Seescape is looking for a self-starter, someone with a flair for motivating people and the ability to manage a busy and wide-ranging workload.
