    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout east central Scotland. Their asset management team manage, maintain and invest in their property assets to make sure that properties provide attractive, good quality homes for residents and future customers.

    About The Role

    The role of Repairs Planner is to provide a repair and change of tenancy service to Kingdom's customers. This includes:

    • Reactive repair scheduling/follow on appointments
    • Coordinating, planning and managing operatives diaries
    • Change of tenancy/mutual exchange processing
    • Updating and maintaining records in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter (ARC)
    • Liaising with tenants and operatives on a regular basis
    • Prioritising and cross referencing data from multiple sources/systems

    About You

    Kingdom is looking for a proactive team player with the ability to work in a fast paced role with constant collaboration with stakeholders, a high attention for detail and a solutions-focused approach. You will have a passion for excellent customer service and have worked in a customer-focused role. You'll also have strong IT skills, be able to prioritise and the ability to plan and organise your own workload.

    You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
