    Hours: 36 per week
    Salary: £23,633 - £25,829
    Location: Kirkcaldy - hybrid

    Fife Intensive Rehabilitation and Substance Use Team (FIRST) works with individuals who have substance use issues and wish to change their lifestyle. The organisation is looking to appoint a service administrator. 

    FIRST operate a blended model of office and home working. 

    The Role 

    • Provide overall administrative support to staff and volunteers using all available technology and resources

    • Ensure all administrative and statistical procedures are carried out to the highest standard using all available resources

    • Provide first point of contact to clients telephoning the service for assistance and dealing with their enquiries in an appropriate manner

    • Ensure specific tasks dedicated to you are undertaken as required such as MARAC, Drug Reports, finance and support to the social prescribing/volunteer
