Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is Fife’s leading independent advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people for over 25 years. We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Generalist Adviser, to join our busy frontline service delivery team.

As a Generalist Adviser you will provide advice and support to clients primarily by telephone but also face to face in CARF frontline offices. You may also be required to provide advice via webchat and video-conferencing. You will be expected to keep your skills, knowledge and experience up-to-date in all key areas of service delivery and advice.
