    Post: Project Coordinator (Lone Parents, Poverty and Work) 
    Hours: 30-36 per week (to be agreed with the successful applicant) 
    Salary: £33,207 pro rata
    Location: Hybrid 

     

    Fife Gingerbread specialises in supporting and empowering lone parents and families in need. They have over 30 years experience of supporting families in Fife through early intervention and partnership work.

    The role

    Could you play an important role in enabling lone parents to join the workplace? Could you help Gingerbread to tackle child poverty through well-paid flexible and good employment for parents?

    Fife Gingerbread is looking for a dynamic and experienced coordinator to join its leadership team and lead the development of their Lone Parents, Poverty & Work initiative. Focusing on ensuring that Gingerbread supports employers to become a critical part of the solution to child poverty in Fife.  

    The work is centered around relationships with key stakeholders including Fife Gingerbread staff, lone parents, employers, Fife Jobs Contract colleagues, training providers, and other partners.

    The Project Coordinator will take a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to working with lone parents, and have an ambitious and innovative style.
