They are currently getting this role reassessed so additional hours may follow.Salary: £15.00 per hourLocation: LeucharsSDS Options is looking for a Personal Assistant to help an 88-year-old male with personal care, medication, and light meal prep. The individual has Dementia and is an active character who enjoys other people’s company. The support is to help with personal care in the morning, then catheter checks, medication, meals, and fluids assistance, then ready for bed.
The client is looking for someone who is patient, caring and supportive.
This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care
- Catheter care
- Giving medication
- Light meal preparation
- Supervise on activities due to no risk awareness
- Patience & kindness
