Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) is recruiting for a Project Supervisor in their Heart, Mind & Soul project.
FEAT's mission is to enable and support individuals to flourish and reach their full positive mental wellbeing in a culture where there is no stigma. They aim to regenerate Silverburn Park in Leven with a combination of commercial and community activities and donate a percentage of any surpluses into the FEAT charity on an annual basis.
The role
As Project Supervisor you'll be part of a small but busy team working with volunteers at the park across different business areas including the cafe, campsite, estate, events and gardens. You'll work closely with their gardener and partners to recruit, support and progress volunteers, reviewing their workload and tasks.
With a caseload of 20-25 (rolling) participants, you will focus on supporting increased employability and engagement. You'll create, develop and deliver training and support to volunteers, many of whom will go on to complete a recognised or accredited qualification. This is a varied role and no two days will be the same.
