    Post: Prevention Practitioner (Youth Work)
    Contracted: Funded role until 31 March 2024. Continual funding will be sought but is not guaranteed.
    Hours: 21 per week (Tuesday-Thursday, 9.00-3.350 and Friday, 8.30-11.30). There may be a requirement to work evenings and weekends when required.
    Salary: £30,576 pro rata
    Location: Kirkcaldy, but with a requirement to work across the whole of Fife. There may also be a requirement to travel outside of Fife on occasion. You will require to have the use of a car for work purposes and travel expenses will be reimbursed.

     

    About You

    A highly motivated and energetic individual is required to deliver prevention workshops to groups of young people throughout Fife. Experience of presenting in a group environment is essential.

    Essential Criteria

    Only women need apply under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. The successful candidate will be subjected to an enhanced PVG check. Candidates must have a full driving licence and car with up-to-date MOT and business insurance.
