  • European Structural Funds 2014 – 2020 Consultation Document

    Created: 17/01/2014
    News/Events Category: Funding and Finance

The Future Funds team at Scottish Government have published a consultation document which provides a detailed overview of the work carried out so far in preparation for European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) 2014-20. More importantly it also sets out how this information will be developed into the Partnership Agreement and Operational Programmes which will guide all funding opportunities for 2014-20.

This consultation document represents an important opportunity to shape the final plans for ESIF delivery as the Government remain committed to the funding programme going live within the first half of 2014.

The document can be accessed here.

Alan Boyle at West Fife Enterprise has become something of an expert on ESF over the years and has developed a draft response to the consultation (below). FVA have asked Alan to formalise this ESF role and so if you have any comments on this document then please e-mail him by close of play on Monday 20th January at [email protected]. Alternatively, you can e-mail your responses by Friday 24th January direct to [email protected] using the form at the end of the consultation document.

For a brief overview of current ESIF policy check out this article on the www.fva.org/news.asp?id=4139
