    News/Events Category: Community Events

    When: 7.00pm, Wednesday 30 April 2014
Where: Glen Pavilion, Pittencrieff Park, Dunfermline
This event is being organised by The Rotary Club of Dunfermline & Carnegie Dunfermline Trust

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

The Rotary Club of Dunfermline and Carnegie Dunfermline Trust invite you along to the launch of the "Playlist for Life" project.

The aims of Playlist for Life are to improve the wellbeing of every person with dementia through access to personally meaningful music on an ipod or similar device.

The Carnegie Dunfermline Trust has committed a grant of over £10,000 towards a local Playlist pilot project to be launched on that evening which will work in the community in partnership with Dunfermline Rotary Club and young people to bring this about. The pilot will involve the acquisition of equipment, work with care home staff and families, specialist training, creation of playlists and testing and evaluation.
