Following their successful funding application to Enterprise Ready Fund, Crossroads Fife Central are looking for two enthusiastic experienced people to join their team to enhance the services they provide:-
1. Business Development Worker
£24,892-25,727 pro rata
25 hour week
Crossroads Fife Central are looking for someone with experience to develop new support opportunities and promote services offered by Crossroads Fife Central in relation to Self-Directed Support and changes in the market. Working as part of a small friendly team, you will liaise and develop networks relevant to extending Crossroads Fife Central services to a wider community of user. Together with enthusiasm, excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, you will have an understanding and interest in Carers and people with disabilities and their needs. The post holder should be qualified to SVQ 3 or 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Preference will be given to those with a degree or recent and relevant equivalent experience.
2. Self Directed Support Co-ordinator
£20,400-21,067 pro rata
20 hour week
Crossroads Fife Central are looking for someone with experience to co-ordinate new support opportunities offered by Crossroads Fife Central in relation to Self Directed Support and changes in the market. You will work as part of a small friendly team, assessing, supporting and reviewing care and support packages for people of all ages and disabilities. Together with enthusiasm, excellent communication, organisational and IT skills you will have some experience in the line management of staff and an understanding and interest in Carers and people with disabilities and their needs. The post holder should be qualified to SVQ 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent care qualification and have relevant experience.
Both these posts are initially funded until 31 March 2015. A clean driving licence and use of car with business insurance is essential. Area covered is Central and North East Fife.
