SmartLiving would like to make you aware of an excellent new resource created by young people in the Falkirk area in conjunction with the charity Fixers. ‘Ask Joe’ (Jobs, Opportunities & Employability) is a website designed to give jobseekers useful information as they search for employment. This includes handy hints and tips for completing application forms, interview conduct, how to create a CV, where and how to search for job, links to job sites, information on Universal Jobmatch and much more. The website is also linked to Social Media sites, where daily tips, jobs of the day and opportunities for young people are posted.

As 'Ask Joe' was created by young people, it is very user friendly, easy to navigate and not filled with complicated jargon. Although created by young people for young, the information provided is relevant to jobseekers of any age.

SmartLiving would very much see this as a resource that can be used not only by jobseekers but by teachers, parents, and organisations alike and as a vehicle to promote your own services through 'Ask Joe’s' social media sites.
