News/Events Category: Partnerships, Networks and ForumsWe asked a number of third sector organisations earlier this year if they wanted us to start a Health and Social Care Forum, so we have.
The first meeting of this new Forum will take place on the morning of Thursday 03 July at our offices in Glenrothes at 10.00am -12.30pm.
Stephen Moore, Interim Director of Health and Social Care will give a presentation on Health and Social Care Integration, followed by Q&A and discussion on what integration will mean for Fife.
Then it’s over to third sector organisations with an interest in Health and Social Care, to discuss: the potential for the Forum to contribute to future agendas; how the Forum will work (frequency of meetings, setting the agenda etc.) and, the opportunities and challenges for our sector and what Joint Commissioning will mean for funding the services we deliver.
The Forum is open to any third sector organisation which provides health or care services in Fife. Simply drop us an e-mail to join the Forum mailing list and you’ll automatically become a member. Being a member isn’t onerous – you’ll get information about the Forum sent directly to you along with other information that we think will be of relevance.
You’ll get an invite to attend each Forum meeting (but we know how busy people are, so there’s no expectation that you’ll attend every meeting) and you can cancel your membership at any time.
