Salary: £14,748 per annum pro rata

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland has over 2500 staff working in around 190 services across the whole of Scotland. Applications are invited from candidates to work within a social care setting, providing flexible cover to people in their own homes and work with people who are at risk of being excluded from society, people who may have a variety of support needs including: mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia or autism.
Relevant experience is desirable, however an ability to get along with people, practical life skills and common sense are just as important. Full induction and training will be provided, as well as the opportunity to gain an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. The Richmond Fellowship Scotland staff also enjoy a competitive salary and a generous employer's contribution towards a workplace pension, as well as other employee-related rewards. A driving licence and vehicle would be desirable due to limited public transport to one of the locations.
