3 hours per week (Wednesday Evenings/Term time)YMCA Glenrothes Youth Services is looking for a youth worker with proven experience of leading youth clubs/projects. The role requires someone who:-
- Has practical experience and understanding of youth work;
- Can build relationships and relate to the needs of young people;
- Has a high degree of inter-personal and communication skills;
- Can evidence qualities and experience of being a team player;
- Can relate to, engage with and motivate young people towards achieving and managing their own goals;
- Is experienced in managing volunteers to deliver youth services;
- Can commit to Wednesday evenings, term time until March 2015;
- Holds a current PVG Disclosure .
