    Fixed term contract to 31 March 2015.
    3 hours per week (Wednesday Evenings/Term time)

    YMCA Glenrothes Youth Services is looking for a youth worker with proven experience of leading youth clubs/projects. The role requires someone who:-

    • Has practical experience and understanding of youth work;
    • Can build relationships and relate to the needs of young people;
    • Has a high degree of inter-personal and communication skills;
    • Can evidence qualities and experience of being a team player;
    • Can relate to, engage with and motivate young people towards achieving and managing their own goals;
    • Is experienced in managing volunteers to deliver youth services;
    • Can commit to Wednesday evenings, term time until March 2015;
    • Holds a current PVG Disclosure .
