    Course Aims:

    This workshop is an opportunity to find out more about the Fife Early Years Collaborative, which is empowering practitioners across the early years to take action to improve outcomes for children and families. In addition those attending will find out how to use the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) improvement tool within their respective workplaces.

    Facilitator at this session will be Craig Moris, Fife Early Years Collaborative Project Manager.

    Who should attend:

    Practitioners who work in early years (conception to 8 years).

    Accreditation information:

    All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
