Support Practitioners - Ref No: E-NEFF-SP
Location: Levenmouth/Glenrothes areas
Hours: Full-time 39 hours per week, part-time hours are available
Salary: £14,748 per annum pro rata
Applications are invited from candidates to work within a social care setting, providing flexible cover to people in their own homes and work with people who are at risk of being excluded from society, people who may have a variety of support needs including:-
The successful applicants will be supporting people in their own home with all aspects of daily living, such as general housekeeping and budgeting, personal care, home care, meals and medication, social and recreational activities, as well as enabling them to develop meaningful relationships and establish links within the local area. Relevant experience is desirable, however an ability to get along with people, practical life skills and common sense are just as important. Full induction and training will be provided, as well as the opportunity to gain an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
