This event is being organised by Outside the Box
It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Outside the Box are running an event to bring people together and share experiences and ideas. The event is aimed at a range of people; care providers, groups and forums led by older people, public involvement leads in local authorities and NHS, staff with roles around Self Directed Support (SDS) and Reshaping Care for Older People (RCOP), and Community Planning aspects.
