Kitbag for Schools and Families is a set of tools designed to help children be calm and relaxed, resilient and confident, helping to build emotional wellbeing and positive relationships in school and in families. This introductory workshop is to introduce you to this resource and how it can be used with primary age children. It is suitable for you if you don't have experience of Kitbag, but want to know more, and develop confidence and skills in using it.

If you already have experience of Kitbag, and would like to increase your confidence and skills, please see the Advanced Workshop on 18 November 2014.
