This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Workers' Educational Association invite you along to a Workshop for Personal Assistants and their employers 'Managing Awkward Conversations' and how to manage possible areas of difficulty in an employment relationship. The half day workshop will look at the causes and effects of tension or conflict and will help participants develop skills in recognising potential areas of difficulty and how these might be resolved.

    Who is this aimed at:

The session is aimed at Personal Assistants and their employers to work together in an informal setting. The workshop will provide an opportunity to examine shared experience and to identify appropriate solutions.

The workshop has worked well to date with mixed groups of Personal Assistants and employers (probably up to a maximum of 10/12 people per session). If there is high demand for this training additional sessions can be organised.
