    YMCA Drug and Alcohol services are looking for sessional workers with proven experience of delivery of alcohol/drug sessions for at least 5 hours per week.

    Applicants should have the following:-

    • Practical experience and understanding of alcohol/drug work;
    • Experience in delivery of structured programmes;
    • Able to build relationships and relate to the needs of young people;
    • Have a high degree of inter-personal and communication skills;
    • Can evidence qualities and experience of being a team player;
    • Can relate to, engage with and motivate young people towards achieving and managing their own goals;
    • Hold a current PVG Disclosure.
