    The Health Inequalities Team - NHS Fife, invite you along to their "Keeping the Kingdom Well" event. This event will be demonstrating the Keep Well model of inclusive practice and integrated partnership pathways, through an interactive and informative approach. The Health Inequalities Team are looking to engage with you to support and direct future work of the service as part of the Health and Social Care Partnership.
