    Costs
    Places for voluntary sector delegates (staff, committee members or volunteers) £105.00 per person
    Places for non-voluntary sector delegates are £105.00 per person

    Fife Community Project are running a 3 day programme for staff and volunteers working across Fife to become Food Champions enabling them to plan and deliver practical food and health cooking workshops to people they work with.

    The cost of attending the training is £35 per part, a total of £105.00 for all three sessions.

    The training sessions will be held on the following dates:-

    • Part 1 - Monday 08 June 2015;
    • Part 2 - Monday 15 June 2015;
    • Part 3 - Thursday 18 June 2015.

    The programme will provide trainees with the ability to:-

    • Organise, resource, deliver and evaluate their food and health workshop;
    • Show others how to make affordable healthy and tasty meals in a way that will encourage them to try these meals again at home;
    • Give consistent and credible healthy eating messages using methods that are suitable for those they support;
    • Pass on food hygiene skills and deliver sessions safely.

    Accreditation Award:

    • Part 1 - REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate;
    • Part 2 - REHIS Elementary Food and Health Certificate;
    • Part 3 - Practical Training for Cooking with the Community.
