This event is being organised by Health and Social Care Partnership
It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Localities have been described as the ‘engine room of integration’ and will be critical to the future delivery of health and social care services.
To help promote the planning role of the seven localities for Fife, a series of locality-based events will take place in February and March. The events will provide an opportunity for health and social care staff employed within the statutory, independent and voluntary sectors to come together with members of the public involved in existing public engagement groups to:-
- Be updated on the progress of integration in Fife;
- Network with locality based colleagues across all sectors and members of the public;
- Identify in more detail how working together in your locality can bring about better outcomes for the public;
- Consider how community assets might be used to support the local delivery of health and social care and contribute to the early development of the strategic plan.
