It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Dementia Adventure specialise in designing and delivering small group short breaks and holidays for people living with dementia and their carer to enjoy together. They are an alternative to traditional respite in that they enable people living with dementia to get outdoors, connect with nature, themselves and their community, and retain a sense of adventure in their lives.
Dementia Adventure would like to invite you to attend the seminar to find out more about the work they do and share your experiences of working with people with dementia in Scotland. As well as sharing good practice, this is an opportunity to explore potential partnerships.
The event is aimed at Carers Centres and those working with people with dementia. It is free of charge and will start with a lunch. There will be ample time to network.
