    Kinghorn Lunch Club invite you along to learn about and gain access to groups and services from in and around Kinghorn. The aim of the event is to improve your wellbeing, the quality of your life or indeed the life of people close to you. Information will be available on health, activities, safety and security.

    Guest speakers on topics including legal issues and maintaining and improving mobility. Presentations will be held at 30 minute intervals during the event.

    Free admission and refreshments available throughout the afternoon.
