It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Home-Start East Fife are running an 8 week Volunteer Preparation Course on the following dates:-
- Tuesday 28 April 2015;
- Tuesday 05 May 2015;
- Tuesday 12 May 2015;
- Tuesday 19 May 2015;
- Tuesday 26 May 2015;
- Tuesday 02 June 2015;
- Tuesday 09 June 2015;
- Tuesday 16 June 2015.
This course will provide participants with more information about Home-Start East Fife and the families they support. Volunteers provide practical and emotional support to families with a child under 5 in situations such as isolation, illness, bereavement, multiple births or who just need an extra pair of hands. The course is designed to be informative and fun covering sessions on confidentiality, child protection, listening skills, values and attitudes, positive parenting and the role of a home visiting volunteer.
