    CLEAR Buckhaven is seeking the services of a Community Growing-Environment Worker(s) on a freelance/sessional work basis.

    Remuneration: £100 per day on sessional basis
    Up to 4 days per week
    Starting in April for one year

    CLEAR is an active, well-regarded and innovative community organisation in central Fife using environmental action as a means of regeneration in a deprived community. The successful candidate will work alongside and support the Community Growing Co-ordinator to maintain and sustainably develop Buckhaven's Community Growing Space and CLEAR's outreach growing and environmental projects in and around Buckhaven.

    This post involves working with volunteers and other groups including local schools for educational/outdoor action sessions. The worker will need good motivational skills to work independently and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with volunteers and children. They will help with the cultivation of organic fruit and vegetables, provide quality learning experiences for children and adults and be active and energetic in promoting the aims of CLEAR.

    Having a PVG disclosure already would be helpful but can be arranged.
