    This event is being organised by Fife Domestic and Sexual Abuse Partnership
    This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.

    This one day course is facilitated by Fife Rape and Sexual Assault Centre (FRASAC) and is aimed at practitioners working with adults and/or children or who those who are supporting survivors of sexual abuse.

    Course Aims:

    To develop an understanding of the specific issues for those who have been raped or sexually assaulted at some time in their lives.

    Objectives of the Training:

    • To consider the nature, attitude and prevalence of sexual abuse;
    • To examine the immediate and longer term impacts;
    • To identify ways to deal with disclosure;
    • To become familiar with police and court procedures.

    Please note refreshments/lunch are not supplied but can be purchased at the on-site café.
