    Postcode Community Trust was established in 2014 to provide financial support to charities and community groups that support environmental protection, community development, engagement in sport, advancement of health, promotion of human rights and prevention of poverty.

    The Community Grants Programme exists to support projects of up to one year in length that deliver a positive impact to local communities, allowing registered charities to apply for awards of between £500-£20,000, and £500-£2000 for those which do not hold a registered charity number.

    To download a form please visit www.postcodecommunitytrust.org.uk/. Applications must be submitted online by no later than 5.30pm on Thursday 06 August 2015.
