    Deaf Action is a leading Scottish Voluntary Organisation that has been providing a range of services to deaf people and those with sensory needs for 180 years. Thanks to funding from the Big Lottery's Investing in Communities Fund they are recruiting staff in Tayside, Fife and Lothian to deliver their new Employability service.

    Full-time Employability Advisor
    Salary: £23,697
    Location: Fife

    Role Includes:

    • Supporting and developing deaf adults 25+ to gain employability skills;
    • Peer mentoring;
    • Employer engagement;
    • Effective monitoring and administration.
