    This 2 hour workshop is an introduction to managing anxiety in children and young people. It will give you a better understanding of anxiety. The workshop aims to build your confidence when dealing with children and young people with anxiety, and will provide you with tools to help support them.

    This workshop is suitable for anyone who works with or cares for young people.
