    Open Secret's Early Years Service delivers individual and family support to families with children aged 8 and under who have experienced abuse/trauma.

    Part-time Development Worker
    Hours: 16 per week
    Location: Fife
    Salary: £25,439 - £27,709 per annum (pro rota)

    The ideal candidate will have the ability to:

    • Work flexible hours;
    • Have experience of the impact of abuse and trauma;
    • A proven track record in supporting children and families including the provision of therapeutic support to young children.

    Applicants should have a qualification in Social Work, Health, Education, Counselling or equivalent.
