    Due to continued growth DEAP Limited are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant based in their Lochgelly Office. The post holder will also be expected to deliver services in established community venues throughout the area.

    Salary £19,868 per anum
    Hours: 35 per week (may consider job share 2 posts of 17.5 hours per week)
    Initially funded to 31 March 2016

    The successful candidate will have an outgoing and approachable personality, an understanding of employment issues faced by unemployed residents in Lochgelly and surrounding areas and a willingness to go the extra mile.

    Ideal applicants should have a background in Employability Training, Recruitment and/or Marketing although consideration will also be given to applicants from other disciplines. You should also be a Qualified Assessor of Vocational Awards or willing to work towards this qualification. A driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
