FEAT celebrate success and offer spaces on NIDMAR course
Created: 01/09/2015Congratulations to Elaine Richards, Pam Bruce and Sarah Cherrett at FEAT who successfully gained a very coveted, internationally-recognised qualification overseen by the National Institute of
Disability Management and Job Retention (NIDMAR).
Elaine, Pam and Sara are now Certified Disability Management Professionals. They endured 10 days of training, lots of assessments, home study and a 6-hour, 300 question exam, to very much earn
their new qualification. The learning they have gained will be invaluable to FEAT and their work. FEAT are to put forward more staff for the qualification in the coming year.
Interested and want to work towards this qualification?
Through this success, FEAT have also been able to negotiate reduced pricing and a local venue on the NIDMAR course if they can secure up to 15 participants (the FEAT staff had to travel to
Glasgow). So, if you or any of your colleagues are interested in working towards this qualification, please get in touch with Duncan Mitchell at FEAT, and if anyone would like more information
about the course content – speak to one of our three certified professionals mentioned above!
You will need to let Ducan know by Wednesday 30 September 2015 if you're interested in booking a place on this exciting training opportunity. You can contact duncan via e-mail or call 01592 759371.
