    Senior Support Worker
    Location: North East Fife Area and Glenrothes
    Service Salary: £20,329 - £21,702 per annum
    Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

    We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience of autism, and significant experience working with people in a social care setting. You will support individuals in a range of housing support tasks and assist in the development and enhancement of community inclusion. The Senior Support Worker will provide front line management and support to a team of support staff.

    You will be responsible for ensuring the individual receives high quality, person centred support. An element of your role will be to provide direct support to ensure and maintain high standards of support delivery. Excellent communication skills, clear evidence of working in partnership with multi-agencies, families and other key stakeholders will be essential to this role.

    Participation in the on call system / sleepovers is also required. Applicants will require to hold a full driving licence with access to transport. An SVQ 3 in Social Care is required or a willingness to work towards it.
